About

About London Eye - Standard Experience

London Eye - Standard Experience takes place at the London Eye on the South Bank of the River Thames. The London Eye is a 135 metre tall observation wheel with 32 high-tech glass capsules, and a ride gives 360-degree views across London.

From the wheel you can see well-known landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. On a clear day, the views reach as far as Windsor Castle.

One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, subject to proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible, but for health and safety reasons only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs are permitted on the London Eye at any one time.
