London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darkest history in an immersive theatrical attraction. The experience uses live actors, special effects, staged scenes and rides to retell familiar stories with a contemporary twist.
During the visit, guests encounter historical characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The attraction combines storytelling, themed sets and ride elements to present well-known tales in a live, performance-led format.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry for younger visitors is at the parent or guardian’s discretion.
Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted, and wheelchair users are recommended to book a timeslot in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting the order reference.

Waterloo is the closest London Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away, following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk via Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also within walking distance via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
