London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB, London, takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history in a theatrical attraction built around live actors, special effects and underground rides. The experience features well-known historic characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
The attraction combines 360-degree sets, interactive shows and state-of-the-art theming, with scenes designed to be seen, heard, felt and smelled. It is an indoor experience with a contemporary storytelling style.
Duration: approximately 90 minutes. Entry: go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. For wheelchair timeslots, it is recommended that you book in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
