London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history using theatrical storytelling, live actors, special effects and rides.
Guests come face to face with historic characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The experience brings together 360 sets, staged scenes and underground rides to present familiar London stories in a performance-led format.
Duration: approximately 90 minutes.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and admission for younger visitors is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, so you can be scanned in before the tour starts. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour, and mobility scooters cannot be taken inside.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. From Embankment and Charing Cross, cross Hungerford Bridge; from Westminster, use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
