About

About London Dungeon Standard Entry

London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history in an immersive theatrical experience. Guests encounter live actors, special effects, staged scenes and rides, with stories featuring figures such as Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.

The attraction combines 360-degree sets, interactive storytelling and two underground rides. It is designed as a live experience rather than a traditional museum visit, with sights, sounds, smells and effects used throughout.

Duration: approximately 90 minutes.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Please arrive at your booked timeslot with your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device. A member of staff will scan your ticket before the start of your tour.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour, so wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz with your order reference.
