London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history with live actors, special effects and 2 underground rides. The attraction includes 19 interactive shows and brings historical figures such as Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper to life.
The experience combines theatrical storytelling with detailed sets and effects to present familiar stories in a more immersive way. Tours last around 90 minutes.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by presenting proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour, so wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.
There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. Please attend your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away; Embankment and Charing Cross are about a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster station is reached via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
