London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB, London, takes you through 1,000 years of the capital’s darkest history. The attraction uses theatrical actors, special effects, sets and rides to tell stories inspired by figures such as Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.

The experience brings together 19 interactive shows, live actors and 2 thrilling underground rides. It is designed as an immersive visit that combines storytelling with themed scenes and special effects.

Key facts: the visit lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. After booking, wheelchair timeslots should be arranged in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of several London Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station and is about five minutes’ walk, following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are both around a 10 to 15 minute walk, crossing Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also nearby; from exit one, follow signs for Westminster Pier.
