London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB London, is an immersive attraction that takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. The experience combines theatrical storytelling, live actors, special effects, themed sets and rides.

Familiar historical figures appear along the way, including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The stories are presented with a contemporary twist, bringing London’s most notorious moments to life through a series of scare-led scenes.

The visit lasts around 90 minutes, making it a straightforward half-day attraction for visitors who want a mix of history, live performance and themed thrills.

Key facts: tours last approximately 90 minutes. Please attend at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the tour begins.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, on presentation of proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but can only admit one wheelchair user per hour. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance, and mobility scooters are not admitted. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Waterloo is the closest Tube station, around five minutes’ walk away following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are both about a ten to fifteen-minute walk via Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also within walking distance; follow exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
