The London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon in County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, is a theatrical attraction that takes visitors through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. It combines live actors, special effects, themed sets and rides to tell well-known stories in an immersive format.
Along the way, guests encounter historical figures and familiar stories including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The experience is built around scare-based storytelling and is designed as a live, multi-sensory attraction.
Duration: Approximately 90 minutes.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Entry for very young children is at the discretion of the parent or guardian, and the attraction is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition.
Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Dungeon is within walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes away on foot. From Waterloo, follow signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk, crossing Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
