The London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB, London, takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history with live actors, theatrical scenes, special effects and rides. The experience brings historic characters and stories to life, including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
The attraction combines immersive storytelling with 360 sets and a mix of shows and underground rides. It is designed as a theatrical experience rather than a conventional museum visit, with sights, sounds and effects used throughout.
The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. It is recommended that wheelchair timeslots are booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Dungeon is within walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster is also nearby.
