About London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits

London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at the London Dungeon is an immersive attraction that takes guests through 1,000 years of London’s darkest history. It combines theatrical actors, special effects and rides to tell stories from the capital’s past.

The experience features some of London’s most notorious historical characters, including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. Familiar tales are presented with a contemporary twist.

Key facts: The tours last approximately 90 minutes.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Please check the opening hours before travelling.

Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk via the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about 10 to 15 minutes away by crossing Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, use exit 1 and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
