London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon is an immersive attraction that takes visitors through 1000 years of London’s darker history. The experience combines live actors, special effects, themed sets and rides to tell stories from the capital’s past.

Guests encounter some of London’s most notorious historical characters, including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. Familiar tales are presented with a contemporary storytelling style throughout the visit.

Before you book

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, on presentation of proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour, so wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away, with signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk via Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster is also within walking distance; from Westminster, use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
