London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon is an immersive attraction that takes visitors through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. It combines theatrical actors, special effects, detailed sets, live storytelling and underground rides, with appearances from historic characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
The experience brings familiar stories to life in a contemporary format, using sound, sight and atmosphere to create a fast-moving tour through the capital’s past. It is designed as a live, story-led attraction rather than a conventional museum visit.
Key facts: The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. Please check opening hours before you visit.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and admission is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please attend at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the tour starts. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, and only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz with your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.
