About London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits

London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darkest history with immersive storytelling, live actors, special effects and two underground rides. The experience brings historical figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper to life.

The attraction combines theatrical scenes with set pieces and ride elements to tell familiar stories in a contemporary style. It is a timed visit, with the tour lasting approximately 90 minutes.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket on arrival, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour. No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase.

Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. After booking, it is recommended that you arrange a wheelchair timeslot in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of several London Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest, around five minutes away; Embankment and Charing Cross are about ten to fifteen minutes’ walk across Hungerford Bridge; Westminster station is also nearby, with exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
