About London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits

London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history with live actors, theatrical scenes, special effects and rides. The experience brings to life historic figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.

The attraction combines immersive storytelling with fear-inducing effects, designed as a walk-through show rather than a conventional sightseeing visit. It is presented as a 90-minute tour with a mix of scenes, characters and underground rides.

Key facts: Approximate duration 90 minutes. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. E-tickets are scanned at your booked timeslot, either printed or on a mobile device. No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Once booked, wheelchair timeslots should be arranged in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff for scanning before the tour starts. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase.
