London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darkest history with immersive stories, theatrical actors and special effects. The experience features historic characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
It combines live performance with 2 thrilling underground rides, alongside state-of-the-art theming and interactive storytelling. The attraction is designed to bring familiar tales to life in a fast-moving visit.
Tours last approximately 90 minutes. Please attend at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. We recommend booking a wheelchair timeslot in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are both a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also nearby via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
