London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history in an immersive attraction built around storytelling, live actors, special effects and rides. Guests encounter notorious figures from the capital’s past, including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
The experience includes two thrilling underground rides, full 360-degree sets and a series of interactive shows designed to bring familiar historical tales to life. It combines theatrical scenes with sensory effects, with the aim of creating a fast-moving visit through some of London’s most perilous moments.
Key facts: tours last approximately 90 minutes. Please attend at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the tour begins.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and admission is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour, so wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes away on foot. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk, across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
