London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon is an immersive trip through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. The experience uses theatrical storytelling, live actors, special effects and rides to bring historical scenes and characters to life.
It features 16 haunting shows and 2 thrilling rides, with appearances from some of London’s best-known figures from the past, including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
Duration: approximately 90 minutes.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and may request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, on presentation of proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour, so wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around five minutes’ walk away, with signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are both around 10 to 15 minutes’ walk via Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also nearby; take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
