London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon in County Hall is an immersive attraction that takes guests through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. The experience uses live actors, special effects and themed scenes to tell stories drawn from the capital’s past.
Visitors encounter historical characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The attraction also includes 2 thrilling rides alongside theatrical sets and contemporary storytelling.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. Only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour, and wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and from Westminster station you should exit at one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
