London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon in County Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, takes visitors through 1,000 years of London’s darkest history. The experience uses theatrical actors, special effects, staged scenes and rides to bring the city’s stories to life.
Familiar figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper feature in the show. It is presented as an immersive history experience with live storytelling and themed effects throughout.
Duration: approximately 90 minutes. Format: immersive attraction with live actors, special effects and rides.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian, and the attraction is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children.
Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The London Dungeon is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, admits one wheelchair user per hour, and does not admit mobility scooters. After booking, a wheelchair timeslot should be arranged in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz with your order reference.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster station is also nearby via signs for Westminster Pier.
