London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon is an immersive attraction that takes visitors through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. It brings together theatrical actors, special effects, stages, scenes and rides, with two underground rides included in the experience.
Along the way, guests come face to face with historic characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The experience is built around live storytelling, themed sets and sensory effects, creating a fast-moving visit through some of the city’s best-known tales.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please attend at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, so you can be scanned in before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival on presentation of proof of disability.
The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. It is recommended that wheelchair timeslots are booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station and is about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk via Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
