About London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits

London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon follows 1000 years of London’s darker history through immersive storytelling, theatrical actors, special effects and rides. Guests encounter historical figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.

The experience combines 360 sets, live performances, underground rides and sensory effects, with stories presented in a contemporary style. It is built around familiar tales from the capital’s past, brought to life through scare-led theatre and staged scenes.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry for younger visitors is at the discretion of the parent or guardian. Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. To arrange a wheelchair timeslot in advance, call 0333 321 2001 or email LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz and quote your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The attraction is within walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away. From Embankment or Charing Cross, cross Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
