London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darkest history with immersive storytelling, live actors and themed rides. The experience brings historical figures and stories to life, including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper, with a contemporary twist.
The attraction combines 16 haunting shows and 2 thrilling rides, with special effects, stages and scenes designed to bring the past to life. It is presented as a walk-through theatrical experience rather than a traditional museum visit.
This experience lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, so you can be scanned in before the start of your tour.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only 1 wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. If you need to book a wheelchair timeslot in advance, call 0333 321 2001 or email LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz and quote your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster station can be reached via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
