About London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits

London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. The attraction combines theatrical actors, special effects, scenes and rides to present the capital’s past in an immersive format.

Guests encounter historic figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The experience uses live storytelling, 360 sets and underground rides to bring these stories to life.

Key facts: The tour lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes 2 thrilling underground rides.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, and only 1 wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. To arrange a wheelchair timeslot in advance, call 0333 321 2001 or email LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Waterloo is the closest London Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are 10 to 15 minutes’ walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also within walking distance via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
