London Dungeon - Screams and Spirits at The London Dungeon in County Hall is an immersive attraction that takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. It uses theatrical actors, special effects, scenes and rides to tell well-known stories in a live experience.
The attraction features 19 interactive shows and 2 underground rides, with appearances from historic characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The format combines live performance with staged storytelling and themed effects throughout the visit.
Key facts: the tour lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.
Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. The London Dungeon is within walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about ten to fifteen minutes’ walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is reached by following signs for Westminster Pier.
