The London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket at The London Dungeon, County Hall, takes you through 1,000 years of London history with theatrical storytelling. The experience brings together live actors, special effects, sets, scenes and rides, with appearances from figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
The visit combines 360-degree sets and immersive show scenes with underground rides, presenting well-known stories and historic characters in a staged retelling of London’s darker past.
Duration: tours last approximately 90 minutes. Opening hours: please check before you travel.
Age guidance: children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian. Refunds: there are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Arrival: please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the tour starts. Accessibility: disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away, with signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also within walking distance.
