London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket at The London Dungeon, County Hall, takes visitors through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. The attraction combines live actors, themed sets, special effects and rides to present familiar stories in a theatrical format.
Guests encounter historical figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper, with immersive scenes and interactive storytelling throughout the visit.
Duration: approximately 90 minutes. Please check the current opening hours before you travel.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian. Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, so it can be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. Wheelchair timeslots can be booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes away on foot. From there, follow signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and from Westminster station you should take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
