About London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket

The London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket at The London Dungeon in County Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, SE1 7PB, London, gives access to an attraction built around 1,000 years of London’s darker history. The experience combines theatrical actors, special effects, scenes and rides, with stories featuring figures such as Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.

Visitors move through immersive shows that use live performance and theming to recreate familiar historical tales in a dramatic way. The attraction is designed as a walk-through theatrical experience rather than a conventional museum visit.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of the tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and may qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. For wheelchair access, it is recommended that you book a timeslot in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes away on foot. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge.
