The London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket at The London Dungeon in County Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history in an immersive attraction built around live storytelling, theatrical actors, special effects and themed sets.
Guests move through historical scenes and stories featuring well-known figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper, with two underground rides and a mix of interactive show elements.
Key facts: Approximate duration is 90 minutes. Please attend at your booked timeslot and bring your e-ticket, which can be shown on a mobile device or printed.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Please book a wheelchair timeslot in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz and quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk. Embankment and Charing Cross are about 10 to 15 minutes’ walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
