About London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket

The London Dungeon, at County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, London, is a theatrical attraction that takes visitors through 1,000 years of the capital’s darkest history. It combines actors, special effects, sets, scenes and rides, with 19 interactive shows and 2 thrilling underground rides.

Along the way, you encounter some of London’s most notorious historic characters, including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The experience uses 360 sets, state-of-the-art theming and contemporary storytelling to create a fast-moving visit with laughs, screams and historical drama.

Key facts: Tours last approximately 90 minutes. Please go at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the tour starts.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour for health and safety reasons. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster is also nearby.
