London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket at the London Dungeon takes you through 1000 years of London’s darkest history in an immersive attraction built around live storytelling, theatrical actors, special effects and staged scenes. Visitors encounter historic characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
The experience combines detailed theming with 2 rides and a series of live shows that bring familiar stories from London’s past to life.
Duration: approximately 90 minutes.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and may request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. It is recommended to book a wheelchair timeslot in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster stations. Waterloo is the closest tube station, around five minutes’ walk; follow signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
