London Dungeon at County Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, is a theatrical attraction that takes visitors through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. It combines live actors, special effects, staged scenes and two underground rides to bring historical stories to life.
Guests encounter figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper, with familiar tales presented in an immersive format. The experience is built around a sequence of shows and ride elements rather than a conventional museum visit.
Key facts: Tours last approximately 90 minutes. You must attend at your booked timeslot and show your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the tour begins.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for very young children or for people of a nervous disposition, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability.
