London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket at The London Dungeon, County Hall, is an immersive attraction that explores 1000 years of London’s darkest history. The experience uses theatrical actors, themed sets, special effects and rides to bring familiar historical stories to life.
The attraction includes 16 haunting shows and 2 thrilling rides, with appearances from figures such as Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. It is designed as a walk-through experience with live performance and staged scenes throughout.
Tours last approximately 90 minutes.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the tour starts. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only 1 wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Waterloo is the closest Underground station, around a five-minute walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10- to 15-minute walk, crossing Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster is also nearby; from Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
