London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket at The London Dungeon is an immersive attraction that takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. It uses live actors, themed sets, special effects and storytelling to bring historical figures and notorious tales to life.
The experience features 16 haunting shows and 2 thrilling rides, with scenes centred on characters such as Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. It is designed as a timed visit with strong theatrical elements and a scare-led style of presentation.
Guests move through the attraction as the stories unfold around them, with sights, sounds, smells and effects used throughout the experience.
Key facts: Duration approximately 90 minutes. Includes 16 haunting shows and 2 thrilling rides. Present your e-ticket at your booked timeslot for scanning before the tour starts.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please attend at your booked timeslot and show your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to a member of staff before the tour begins. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and may request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. Only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour, so wheelchair users are advised to book a timeslot in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
