About London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket

London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket at The London Dungeon takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history with live actors, special effects, themed sets and rides. Guests encounter historical figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.

The attraction combines immersive storytelling with 360° sets, interactive scenes and underground rides, bringing familiar London stories to life in a theatrical format.

The tours last approximately 90 minutes.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, and only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. To reserve a wheelchair timeslot in advance, call 0333 321 2001 or email LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference.

Go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned in before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB, London.

The attraction is within walking distance of several London Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away, following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. Westminster station is also nearby, with exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
