London Dungeon - Anytime Ticket at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, invites visitors to step through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. The attraction combines theatrical storytelling with live actors, special effects, sets, scenes and rides to bring the capital’s past to life.

During the experience, guests encounter historic characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The attraction uses immersive 360-degree sets and underground rides to present familiar stories in a theatrical format.

Key facts: Tours last approximately 90 minutes. Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, so it can be scanned before the tour starts.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Entry is at the parent or guardian’s discretion, and the London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase. Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. The London Dungeon is within walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes away on foot. From Embankment and Charing Cross, cross Hungerford Bridge; both are around a 10 to 15 minute walk. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
