The London Dungeon, at County Hall on Westminster Bridge Rd in London, is an immersive attraction that brings 1,000 years of the city’s history to life with live actors, special effects, 360 sets and rides. It features historic figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
The experience combines theatrical storytelling with 19 interactive shows and 2 underground rides, creating a visit that moves through scenes, characters and periods from London’s past.

Age guidance: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Entry: Go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour.
Refunds: There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.
Accessibility: Disabled guests should buy a standard ticket and will receive one complimentary helper ticket on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of several London Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest, about five minutes away via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a 10 to 15 minute walk, crossing Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also nearby; use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
