London Dungeon - Scare and Share at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB, London, is an immersive attraction that takes visitors through 1,000 years of London’s darkest history. The experience uses live actors, theatrical scenes, special effects and rides to tell its stories.
Guests encounter historic figures including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The storytelling is presented in a contemporary style, with the attraction combining performance, sets and ride elements.
The tours last approximately 90 minutes.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The London Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to a member of staff before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and may request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival, subject to proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster station is also nearby.
