London Dungeon - Scare and Share at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, takes visitors through 1,000 years of London’s darker history with immersive storytelling, live actors and special effects. The experience brings to life notorious figures from the capital’s past, including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
The attraction combines theatrical scenes with rides and interactive shows, creating a fast-moving visit built around scares, laughs and historic storytelling. It is designed as a live-action journey through London’s more perilous past.
Duration is approximately 90 minutes.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry for younger children is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but it can admit only one wheelchair user per hour. Once you have booked your standard ticket, it is recommended that you book your wheelchair timeslot in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The nearest station is Waterloo, about five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster is also nearby. From Waterloo, follow signs for the South Bank. From Embankment or Charing Cross, cross Hungerford Bridge.
