London Dungeon - Scare and Share at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB, London, is an immersive attraction that takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. It combines theatrical actors, special effects, detailed sets and rides to bring historic stories and characters to life.

The experience features 16 haunting shows and 2 thrilling rides, with encounters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. It is designed as a walk-through journey through London’s past, with contemporary storytelling and staged scenes throughout.

Duration: approximately 90 minutes. Entry: please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour, so it is recommended that you book a wheelchair timeslot in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters are not admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away, with signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are around 10 to 15 minutes’ walk via Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
