London Dungeon - Scare and Share at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, London, takes visitors through 1000 years of London’s darker history. The attraction combines live actors, special effects, themed sets and rides to tell stories from the capital’s past.
It features 16 haunting shows and 2 thrilling rides, with familiar historical characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. The experience is built around immersive storytelling and stagecraft, with scenes designed to engage sight, sound, touch and smell.
Tours last approximately 90 minutes.
Age guidance: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The attraction is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Entry and tickets: Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.
Accessibility: Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest, about five minutes away on foot. Embankment and Charing Cross are a 10 to 15 minute walk, and from Westminster you should use exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
