Shrek London - Standard Experience at Shrek’s Adventure! London, County Hall, is an interactive, immersive walk-through experience for the whole family. Visitors board the DreamWorks Tours magical flying 4D bus and head to Far Far Away on a search for Shrek, collecting the special ingredients needed to get home safely.
The experience includes 12 fairy-tale themed live shows with actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations. It is designed as a walk and ride attraction, with elements that let you see, hear, touch and smell the adventure.
Along the way, there are photo opportunities, interactive games and appearances from characters including Donkey, Puss in Boots, Cinderella, Pinocchio, the Muffin Man and Po.
Key facts: Tours last approximately 75 minutes. The attraction is open every day except Christmas Day, with last tours at 10am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; 11am to 4pm Thursday; 10am to 6pm Saturday; and 10am to 5pm Sunday.
Age guidance: Recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned in before the start of your tour. No exchanges or refunds are available after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and are eligible for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride, and for health and safety reasons it can admit only 2 wheelchair users per hour. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted. Once you have booked, it is recommended that you book a wheelchair timeslot in advance.

Waterloo is the closest Underground station, about five minutes’ walk following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are both a ten to fifteen minute walk via Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster is also nearby via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
