Shrek’s Adventure! London at County Hall is an immersive walk-and-ride family experience that takes you through Far Far Away on the DreamWorks Tours magical flying 4D bus. The adventure includes 12 fairy tale themed live shows, with actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations.

Along the way, you will visit characters and scenes from the Shrek world, with interactive games and photo opportunities included. The experience is designed to be seen, heard, touched and smelled, with Donkey’s humour running through the visit.

This is a standard entry experience for the attraction, which is open every day except Christmas Day.

Before you book

Recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, which should be requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride, admits only 2 wheelchair users per hour for health and safety reasons, and cannot admit mobility scooters. It is recommended that wheelchair timeslots are booked in advance by calling 0871 221 2837* or 0333 321 2001, quoting your order reference.

Shrek’s Adventure! London is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes away on foot. Embankment and Charing Cross are a ten to fifteen minute walk, and Westminster is reached via exit one and signs for Westminster Pier.
