Shrek’s Adventure! London at County Hall is an immersive walk-and-ride family experience that takes visitors through Far Far Away in search of Shrek. The tour combines live shows, actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations, with opportunities to see, hear, touch and smell the adventure.

Guests board the DreamWorks Tours magical flying 4D bus and explore 12 fairy tale themed live shows. Along the way, the experience includes characters and scenes featuring Cinderella, Puss in Boots, Pinocchio, the Muffin Man and Po.

The tour lasts approximately 75 minutes and runs every day except Christmas Day. Opening times vary by day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 4pm last tour; Thursday 11am to 4pm last tour; Saturday 10am to 6pm last tour; and Sunday 10am to 5pm last tour.

Before you book

The experience is recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but still need a ticket, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, so you can be scanned in before the start of your tour.

There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride, and only two wheelchair users can be admitted per hour. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The attraction is within walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is about five minutes away and is the closest station; follow signs for the South Bank. From Embankment and Charing Cross, cross Hungerford Bridge and allow around ten to fifteen minutes. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster pier.
