Shrek’s Adventure! London at County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, is a walk-and-ride family attraction set in the world of Far Far Away. The experience begins with the DreamWorks Tours magical flying 4D bus and takes you through 12 fairy tale-themed live shows with actors, storytelling, special effects and DreamWorks animations.

It is an interactive, immersive walkthrough where visitors can see, hear, touch and smell the adventure. Along the way, you may encounter characters and scenes including Cinderella in Shrek’s swamp, Puss in Boots, Pinocchio on the wheel of torture, the Muffin Man and Po, the Dragon Warrior.

Key facts: The tour lasts approximately 75 minutes. It opens every day except Christmas Day, with last tour times of 10am to 4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 11am to 4pm on Thursday, 10am to 6pm on Saturday, and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.

Before you book

This experience is recommended for children aged 3 to 12. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Infants aged 3 and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the start of the tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. From Waterloo, follow signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are 10 to 15 minutes’ walk, and from Westminster station take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the magic bus ride, can admit only two wheelchair users per hour for health and safety reasons, and cannot admit mobility scooters.
