About

About London Eye - Standard Experience

London Eye - Standard Experience at the London Eye is a 30-minute ride on the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel. Set on the South Bank of the River Thames, it has 32 high-tech glass capsules and gives 360-degree views across London.

From 135 metres up, you can see landmarks including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. On a clear day, the views can reach 40 kilometres, as far as Windsor Castle.

One rotation takes approximately 30 minutes.
