London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB London, is an immersive attraction that explores 1,000 years of London’s darkest history. It uses live actors, special effects, theatrical sets and rides to bring notorious figures and stories to life, including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
The experience combines storytelling with scares and dark humour, offering a theatrical look at some of the capital’s most infamous historical characters and events.
Duration: approximately 90 minutes. Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the tour starts.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The attraction is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes away following signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a ten to fifteen minute walk across Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
