London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon in County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB London takes you through 1000 years of London’s darkest history. The attraction combines immersive storytelling, theatrical actors, special effects, stages, scenes and rides to present familiar stories in a live setting.
The experience includes 16 haunting shows and 2 thrilling rides, with visitors encountering historic characters such as Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.
Stories are brought to life through theatrical effects and sensory detail, with the attraction designed to give a more direct, hands-on way of exploring London’s past.
Duration: approximately 90 minutes.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.
Please arrive at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, to be scanned before the tour starts. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.
Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival with proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. Wheelchair timeslots should be booked in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The attraction is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster stations. Waterloo is the closest station, about five minutes’ walk away. From Embankment and Charing Cross, cross Hungerford Bridge. From Westminster, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster Pier.
