About London Dungeon Standard Entry

London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon in County Hall takes you through 1,000 years of London’s darker history. The attraction uses live actors, special effects, themed sets and rides to bring the city’s past to life.

You will encounter historic characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper, with familiar stories retold in an immersive format. It is built around theatrical scenes, cutting-edge theming and sensory effects throughout.

Key facts: Tours last approximately 90 minutes. Opening hours vary, so check the attraction’s opening hours before you visit. Please attend at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, either printed or on a mobile device, so it can be scanned before the tour starts.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

If you are a disabled guest, purchase a standard ticket and request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival by showing proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides, but only one wheelchair user can be admitted per hour. To arrange a wheelchair timeslot in advance, call 0333 321 2001 or email LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz, quoting your order reference. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

Waterloo is the closest Tube station, around five minutes’ walk away via signs for the South Bank. Embankment and Charing Cross are about a 10 to 15 minute walk across Hungerford Bridge, and Westminster is also nearby.
