London Dungeon Standard Entry at The London Dungeon, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7PB London, is an immersive attraction built around 1,000 years of London’s darker history. Guests move through live storytelling and themed scenes that feature figures such as Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper.

The experience combines theatrical actors, special effects, 16 haunting shows and 2 thrilling rides. It presents familiar stories with a contemporary twist and is designed as a walk-through visit rather than a traditional show.

Before you book

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children, and entry for younger visitors is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket, printed or on a mobile device, for scanning before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket, requested on arrival on presentation of proof of disability. The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reasons, The London Dungeon can only admit one wheelchair user per hour. Mobility scooters cannot be admitted.

The London Dungeon is within easy walking distance of Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster Underground stations. Waterloo is the closest station, around five minutes’ walk away. Embankment and Charing Cross are around ten to fifteen minutes’ walk.
